The first month of coaching will be used to reflect on current struggles, limited beliefs, and dig into the rooting of those thought patterns and adopted ideals. We focus on the past, your childhood, and familial relationship dynamics. We will also go into nervous system regulation tools to assist in this process, as excavating can be emotional and difficult to hold.
The second month is used to dive into the present- current habits, lifestyle choices, daily flow, and what we can implement to make your current reality desirable to you. We use the power of Now and learn to be present in our bodies.
The third month is used to set goals, and create a vision for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. Larger goals are broken into manageable pieces to get rid of overwhelm and frustration. We focus on gaining clarity, and refine our expectations of timing and the effort and mindset required to arrive at that point.
The fourth month is spent focused on accountability as we put the plan into action and merge the desire into reality in your daily life.
You are welcome to bring up experiences, frustrations, and anything else that comes up as we journey together. This is simply an outline, but the time is yours to use in whatever way would support you the best.
